This acoustic grade rock mineral wool slab absorbs airborne sound in the cavity partitions of timber and metal party walls, significantly improving acoustic performance and reducing reverberation.
A flexible acoustic grade mineral wool, Acoustic Easy Fit Mineral Wool Slab is supplied in packs of easy to handle 100mm x 1200mm x 600mm slabs, Also avialble in a variety of thicknesses.
It can be installed in the cavity spaces of walls, floors and ceilings. An efficient noise absorber which easily outperforms standard mineral wool insulation because it is more than twice the density!
Its use only adds minimally to the overall mass of the structure.
It can also be used between flooring joists and in ceilings as a sound absorbing infill to reduce airborne noise. It is supplied un-faced.
