Our plan is to continue to offer a product advice and supply service for as long as we can. We appreciate your understanding if there are any delays to our normal service times.

iKoustic source the most cost-effective delivery options throughout the UK in which we have a variety of options available including Next Day, Pre 12 (AM), after 12 (pm) and Standard (2 - 3 day), depending on your requirements.

Soundproofing Materials are considered as building materials which can be bulky and heavy - this means we use the Pallet Network to deliver materials to your property, which means we do not use our own fleet to help reduce overall costs to you.

Deliveries can arrive on a large vehicle such as an articulated vehicle (cabin and trailer) to minimise costs. If there are access issues or HGV restrictions, please do let us know in advance as our website options are given in good faith of no restrictions.

Common Restrictions on Access;

  • General Parking or Loading Restrictions outside your property
  • 1 way roads
  • cul-de-sacs (difficult to manoeuvre a lorry)
  • Weight restrictions on the road
  • Access times for roads
  • Bridge heights

How will my delivery arrive?

Depending on the materials you have ordered, most will arrive on a Pallet due to weights and size.

They will arrive wrapped in Cardboard wrapping with Corners when concerning any plasterboard or MuteBoard options, and then wrapped in a Cellophane plastic both Clear and Black to best conceal the materials and reduce moisture damage during transit.

What do I do when the delivery arrives?

A Pallet will arrive as a kerb-side drop, the drivers are not insured to lift materials into your property, so you will want to make sure you have assistance in bringing materials into your property.

Does somebody need to be in?

All deliveries need to be signed for upon arrival, if this is missed on the day of agreed booking a redelivery charge will apply.

Materials can be left at your own risk.

Do you deliver beyond the UK mainland?

Yes, we do, please contact us on 01937 588 226 to arrange this as shipping prices are only available by special request.

In case my materials arrive damaged, what do I do?

If in the unfortunate and rare case materials arrive damaged, please take  images if possible and call us immediately before accepting the order so we can arrange the best course of action on 01937 588 226. Sign for any goods damaged.

Shortages and Incorrect materials

If you believe there are shortages in materials or incorrect materials you must let us know before signing for goods as 'Arrived in good condition', by signing for goods you accept that everything is as expected.

 

iKoustic cannot accept any liability on late deliveries for tradesman on site, we recommend all materials to arrive prior to avoid delays.
