Our top-end MuteMat® Gym tiles alone can reduce noise by up to 38 dB. We supercharge their performance with a vibration-dampening support layer of mixed cellular polyether-urethane for industry leading performance.
Interlocking MuteMat® gym tiles with acoustic pedestals
The omnidirectional locking mechanism firmly locks tiles in place without requiring adhesive. Non-shifting and non-separating. Each 610 x 610mm tile features 64 hollow core acoustic pedestals for absorbing heavy impact. The fire-resistant high compression wear layer has been proven to stand up to 400,000 repeated impacts of 360kg.
Advanced high-density vibration-dampening foam
A dual-density layer of Vibrafoam can be easily installed and even retrofitted with other flooring tile options. It has remarkable vibration-dampening properties to help absorb large impacts.
